Mike Schreiber (born September 4, 1985) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who is currently playing for the Bietigheim Steelers in the German 2nd Bundesliga.

Prior to turning professional, Schreiber attended the Union College where he played four seasons with the Union Dutchmen men's ice hockey team which competes in NCAA's Division I in the ECAC Hockey conference. In his senior year (2009–10), Schreiber was named to the All-ECAC Hockey First-Team and was a finalist for the league’s best defensive defenceman award. Schreiber was also an All American finalist as well as a Hobey Baker Finalist which is awarded to the top college hockey player in the country.

Before attending Union College, Schreiber played under head coach Gord Thibodea for the Fort McMurray Oil Barons of the Alberta Junior Hockey League. He put up 80 points on eight goals and 72 assists in 101 games. He was named the Oil Barons Top Rookie in the 2003-04 season. The Oil Barons won the Viking Cup Championship and the AJHL Championship in 2005-06. Schreiber was the top scorer for the Sherwood Park J. Ennis Kings Midget AAA hockey team in 2002-03 and was named the AMHL Top Defenseman.
