Miguel Angel Flores Rodriguez is born & raised in Mexico City, Mexico on August 14, 1975. Earning a match official accreditation from FIFA on passing the final exam to become the International football referee full-time by replacing the retired referee Jaime Herrera Garduno in August 2011.
