Chief Petty Officer Michel Vigneault is a Royal Canadian Navy sailor, serving as the Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, the most senior enlisted position in the Navy.

Naval career
Vigneault joined the Navy in 1984 as a signalman.
In 2013 Vigneault was appointed as Chief Petty Officer for the Pacific Fleet.
In August 2016 Vigneault was appointed Chief Petty Officer of the Navy and was promoted Lieutenant Commander.
Honours and awards
Vigneault was appointed to the Order of Military Merit in 2013.
