Michel Lavergne

Michel Lavergne (May 11, 1968 – ) is a former junior B hockey player and a former world champion beatboxer. His victories in Stockholm (1989) and New York City (1991) made him the first man to win the world championship more than once. His performance in Berne (1992) was not enough to win a third world championship. He has since left the beatboxing scene. Despite his 20-year hiatus from beatboxing, Michel Lavergne is still ranked 33rd in the world. His career is outlined in the compilation titled American Beatboxers.
