Michael (Mike) Iaccarino is chairman and CEO of Infogroup, a digital and offline marketing company. Mr. Iaccarino has served as a director and a member of its audit committee since 2010. In 2011, he assumed the role of chairman after becoming an executive advisor and operating executive at CCMP Capital.

Iaccarino served as the president and chief executive officer of Mobile Messenger, from 2009 to 2011. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was chief executive officer of Epsilon, from 2001 to 2009 after serving as its CFO from 1998 to 2001, where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Before Epsilon, Iaccarino was a senior manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the corporate controller at Summit Technology (the first company to receive FDA approval for LASIK/PRK) after having started his career at KPMG's High Technology practice. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in accounting and English from Boston College, where he graduated magna cum laude. Mike has significant experience in turnaround situations and growing businesses through both organic and inorganic strategies.

Career

Prior to joining CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC in August 2011 and being named chairman of Infogroup in December 2011, Iaccarino was president, chief executive officer, and a member of the board of directors of Mobile Messenger Inc, a business-to-business technology provider for wireless carriers and a broad range of content providers. Iaccarino joined Mobile Messenger in July 2009. As president and CEO of Mobile Messenger, Iaccarino and his leadership team executed a number of strategic initiatives including the acquisition of the m-Qube Mobile Delivery Gateway from VeriSign on November 16, 2009. Iaccarino played a key role in Mobile Messenger’s strategic partnership agreements with companies such as Rave Mobile, Telescope, and Unica. Under Iaccarino’s guidance the company also participated in the January 2010 Haiti relief efforts, facilitating SMS donations to earthquake victims.

Prior to Mobile Messenger, Iaccarino was president and CEO of Epsilon Data, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alliance Data (NYSE: ADS), where he also served as an executive committee member. Prior to being named CEO by the Carlyle Group upon its acquisition of the business in 2001, he served three years as Epsilon’s chief financial officer. Iaccarino was hired in 1998 by an investor group led by Bain Capital and Greylock Partners as part of the new management team that successfully spun the business out of American Express.

Prior to Epsilon, Iaccarino served as a consultant for both KPMG and Price Waterhouse and also spent six years at Summit Technology in various financial leadership roles.

Education

Iaccarino graduated magna cum laude from Boston College in 1986 with degrees in Accounting and English and is a former Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
