Michał Bogusław Bąkiewicz (born 22 March 1981) is a former Polish volleyball player, a member of Poland men's national volleyball team in 2001-2011, a participant in the Olympic Games Athens 2004, European Champion 2009, silver medalist of the World Championship 2006, bronze medalist of the World League 2011, a four-time Polish Champion, and head coach of Polish club AZS Częstochowa.

After six season in PGE Skra Bełchatów he moved to AZS Częstochowa. In 2014 he ended his career, contract between club AZS Częstochowa and the player has been resolved amicably. In 2014 he came back to play in AZS Częstochowa. In season 2014/2015 didn't play in any match of AZS Częstochowa. On December 3, 2014 he ended his sporting career. He has a coaching license and joined to the coaching staff of AZS Częstochowa.
National team

Bąkiewicz was a member of the national Polish team that won the silver medal in the World Championship 2006. He won a title of the European Champion 2009. On September 14, 2009 he was awarded Knight's Cross of Polonia Restituta. In 2011 won a first in history medal for Poland of World League after winning match with Argentina.
