Miangul Adnan Aurangzeb is an engineer, former member of Parliament MNA and the current head of the former princely family which once ruled Swat princely state. He is the eldest son of Miangul Aurangzeb and the eldest grandson of Miangul Jahan Zeb (the last ruler) After the death of his father in 2014, he has become the unofficial Wali of Swat.

Education
He graduated from Aitchison College, an elite Pakistani secondary school. He is a professional electrical engineer who studied in the United States at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. He has served in the Pakistani parliament as a member of parliament in 2004 till 2008.
Present occupation
He and his wife Zenab are currently living in Islamabad. They are running their own business
