Miami Psychic: Confessions of a Confidante is a 2006 memoir published by the Regan Books division of HarperCollins. The author is Yvonne Carey-Lederer.

The book purports to be about a psychic named Regina Milbourne who used her supposed "gifts" to help many of Miami's least desirables-- drug dealers, thieves, murderers and pedophiles. Regina in Carey-Lederer's book claims to be using book as a "tell-all" to come clean from having aided and abetted her criminal clients.

Shortly after the book was published, the true identity of "Regina" became known. Gina Marie Marks aka "Regina Milbourne" was convicted in 2010 for swindling more than $500,000 from Floridians who she claimed to be "ridding of demons". Gina Marie Marks served 18 months in the Broward County jail for her felony conviction.
