Mhairi Threlfall is the Bristol City Councillor for Eastville and Enterprise Development Manager at the University of the West of England, Bristol.

She won her first election in 2013 by one vote, after a leaflet published by the Bristol Liberal Democrats highlighted that she was originally from Scotland.
In June 2014, she became a Cabinet Advisor for Place, supporting Assistant Mayor Mark Bradshaw.
In 2016, she was re-elected by 1991 votes with a majority of 1266, and 27.7% of the vote.
