History
Metro Hospital was founded in 2002 by Dr. Purshotam Lal (a Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, and Padma Shri awardee) and Dr. SS Bansal, the first DM Cardiology of the state. It was started as the first dedicated cardiac sciences institution in the state with a goal of providing international standard healthcare at affordable cost to masses.
