Mesodica dryas is a moth in the Carposinidae family. It is found in India (Assam).

The wingspan is 19–28 mm. The forewings are glossy pale ochreous, with about six oblique transverse rows of raised sandy-brownish scales. The hindwings are pale ochreous-greyish, but brighter along the edge.
