Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai (English: My voice is my identity, Hindi: मेरी आवाज़ ही पहचान है) is an Indian musical drama television series, which premiered on 7 March 2016, and is being broadcast on &TV. The series will be a finite series consisting of 130 episodes. It is produced by a brand new production company The House of Originals of Nivedita Basu (Imani - The Divine Spark, Hola Ha Monate, It's For Life, One Day With Bryan Miles and Sunrise). The series airs Monday to Friday nights.

Amrita Rao and Aditi Vasudev along with Deepti Naval and Zarina Wahab are in the lead roles. The story will encompass three generations of two sisters whose lives revolve around music.

The show is written by Bhavani Iyer.later it was written by Preeti Singh and then finally by producer Nevedita basu.

Plot

The story told by mother Devika gayakwaad of Kalyani and Ketki, two sisters who grew together, had same Passion for singing, faced many troubles, struggles ,even got deceived many times in their personal life and finally tested the emmence success but later had differences, misunderstandings which led their separation for a good 21 years , in the last episode they reconcile forgetting the differences and show ends on a good note.
