Mendo Alão (11th century) was a Portuguese noblemen, Medieval, knight, and Lord da Vila de Bragança.
Biography
Born in the 11th century in Brittany?. Alão, was possibly son of Count Alain de Nantes, grandson of Alan II, Duke of Brittany. Mendo Alão was married with an Armenian princess, possibly daughter of a King the dynasty of Vaspurakan. They had two children Fernão Mendes de Bragança, and Ouroana Mendes.
