This is a list of members of the New South Wales Legislative Council from 1943 to 1946. At this time the Council was not directly elected, but was chosen by a joint sitting of the New South Wales Parliament.
1 Labor MLC Edward Grayndler died on 12 March 1943, before the beginning of this term. Labor candidate Chris Dalton was elected as his replacement on 20 July 1943.2 UAP MLC Ernest Mitchell died on 21 April 1943, the day before this term began. Labor MLC Joseph Coates died on 4 May 1943. Labor candidates Charles Hackett and Robert Savage were elected as their replacements on 20 August 1943.3 Labor MLC John Culbert died on 19 August 1943. Labor candidate William Gibb was elected as his replacement on 3 November 1943.4 UAP MLC Sir Archibald Howie died on 26 October 1943. Labor candidate Samuel Williams was elected as his replacement on 9 December 1943.4 Liberal MLC Thomas Holden resigned on 10 October 1945. Labor candidate John Ferguson was elected as his replacement on 7 November 1945.
