Melbourne University Cheerleading, also known as Melbourne Spirit Cheer, is a sports club associated with the University of Melbourne. It is a competitive club that has different teams in different styles.

History

The club started in 2012 with only 24 members competing across Pom and Cheer. By 2013 there was over 100 team members across three cheerleading teams and one pom team. In 2015 this again increased to two competitive cheerleading teams, two pom teams and a hip hop team.
