Melbourne City FC is an Australian association football club based in Melbourne, which competes in the A-League. Founded in 2009 as Melbourne Heart, the club competed under that name until 2014 when they were taken over by the City Football Group and renamed to Melbourne City FC.

Contents

Since their inaugural 2010–11 season, Melbourne City have played 163 league games plus three finals games and its record against each club faced in these competitions is listed below.

The club has participated in five seasons of A-League football. As the A-League is contested over an uneven 27-game season where each opposing team is played three times but with no guarantee of whether the "spare" third match will be home or away, the stats for the senior team consequently show some imbalances, with some teams having been played several more times at home than away, and others showing the reverse.
