Megan Henderson (born February 19, 1975) is a journalist and weekday morning anchor of the 4am to 7am KTLA News in Los Angeles. Prior to joining KTLA in March 2009, Henderson hosted the #1 rated morning show Good Day at the Fox affiliate KDFW in Dallas and Fox's Good Day Utah at KSTU in Salt Lake City. In 2008, she guest-hosted several episodes of Fox & Friends Weekend in New York City on the Fox News Channel.

Early life
Henderson grew up in Southern California. Megan was born in San Pedro, Los Angeles. Part of her childhood was spent living in Long Beach, California, then moving in her youth to San Clemente, California. She graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism.
Career
Henderson started her broadcast career in Wichita Falls, Texas working at the CBS & NBC affiliates. She anchored Good Day Utah in Salt Lake City before joining the news program Good Day on the Dallas Fox affiliate KDFW in 2003. In 2008, she appeared as a guest-host on several episodes of Fox & Friends. In March 2009, she joined the KTLA Morning News in Los Angeles, California.
She is very active in many charities including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Race for the Cure and the Children's Cancer Fund.
She had a cameo in the movie Iron Man 3 as herself.
