The Mayor of Taguig (Filipino: Alkalde ng Tagig) is the head of the local government of the city who elected to three year terms. The Mayor is also the executive head and leads the city's departments in executing the city ordinances and improving public services. The city mayor is restricted to three consecutive terms, totaling nine years, although a mayor can be elected again after an interruption of one term.

Mayor Lani Cayetano is the incumbent and the first female and youngest official who hold the office. She assumed her office in May 10, 2010 national and local elections. She is also the wife of current Senator Alan Peter Cayetano. She ran again in 2013 and won the 2013 mayoralty office. She ran under the Nacionalista Party and a former congresswoman of Taguig and Pateros.
