Early life and education
Maviya Ali was born in Saharanpur district. He attended the Islamia Inter College and is educated till twelfth grade.
Political career
Maviya Ali has been a MLA for one term. He represented the Deoband constituency and is a member of the Indian National Congress political party. Ali was elected during the by-election held in Feb 2016 after the sitting member Rajendra Singh Rana died in Oct 2015.
