Matthias Bieber (born March 14, 1986) is a Swiss professional ice hockey player who currently plays for and is an alternate captain of EHC Kloten in the National League A (NLA).

Playing career
He participated at the 2011 IIHF World Championship as a member of the Switzerland men's national ice hockey team.
On November 16, 2012, he was signed to a 5-year contract extension by Kloten.
