Matthew Victor Pastor is an Australian Film Director of Malaysian & Filipino heritage. He was the recipient of the Best Guerrilla Film award at the controversial Melbourne Underground Film Festival for the independently produced feature film Made In Australia (film).

Filmed in Hong Kong the film went on to win the Best Guerrilla Film at the 2013 edition of the Melbourne Underground Film Festival where festival director Richard Wolstencroft stated "The failings of multiculturalism, a raw and fascinating film", and film director Amiel Courtin-Wilson called it “A highly personal, brave feature film debut.”
Current projects
After the completion of Made in Australia, 2014 saw a change in direction for the director. He decided to further his education, and was accepted into the prestigious Victorian College of the Arts Master of Film and Television (narrative) program. He is currently in pre-production for an untitled feature film project taking influence from the recent Julien Blanc pick up artist community controversy which started in Melbourne.
