Masum Parvez Rubel (born 3 May 1968) commonly known as Rubel or Rubel Rana is a Bangladeshi film actor, producer and director. In 2010, he was president of Bangladesh Karate Federation, and as of January 2015, is the president of the Bangladesh Shitoryu Karate-do Union. He founded the "Young Dragon Martial Art Centre".
