Mary Johnson Lowe (June 10, 1924 – February 27, 1999) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Born in New York, NY, Lowe received a B.A. from Hunter College of the City University of New York in 1951, an LL.B. from Brooklyn Law School in 1954 and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 1955. She was nominated to the court by Jimmy Carter on May 10, 1978, to a seat vacated by John M. Cannella, confirmed by the United States Senate on June 23, 1978, and received her commission on June 27, 1978. She assumed senior status on July 27, 1991, serving until her death on February 27, 1999, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
