Mary Jackson (born 1945, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina) is an African American fiber artist. She is married to Stoney Jackson.

A descendent of the Gullah community of coastal South Carolina, she works in Charleston, South Carolina.

She began producing baskets full-time in 1980, creating contemporary designs with traditional techniques. Her baskets are in the collections of Empress Michiko of Japan and Prince Charles, Renwick Gallery, the American Craft Museum, White House Collection of Arts and Crafts, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and Museum of African American History, Detroit.
