Jessica Mary Donaghy (later Hayward, born 7 December 1939) is a former New Zealand high jumper.

At the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games she won the silver medal in the women's high jump. She placed 5th in the women's long jump, and was part of the women's 4 by 110 yard relay team that placed fourth overall.

She competed at the 1956 Olympic Games in the high jump where she came 7th; she jumped the same height as the silver medalist but lost on a countback. She was the first woman to jump over her own height; she was 5 ft 3 in (1.60 m) and jumped 5 ft 7 12 in (1.71 m).
