Early life

Martina Violetta Jung grew up in small countryside living conditions. Her parents taught her to be kind to everyone and to be responsible for her own actions. She grew up with a big urge to explore the world.

At the age of 32 she went through a burnout period. However, she met a Hamburg business lady that would reintroduce her to seed Prof. This period in her life helped her to understand that success and performance was not only fleeting but not as rewarding in itself if one is incapable of truly understanding who they are and the deeper meaning in the work that they are creating. Despite the public's constant obsession with her outside work, she focused on the internal work that needed to be done inside of her. With this new insight into herself she discovered that one can only change directions in life if they are curious and willing to question and integrate knowledge into their work.

In 2000 of December she dropped everything to become a Spiritual Leadership Coach. As a teacher she traveled and help to inspire others to begin on their own journey to self-discovery. In order to keep spreading her message she began founded the company, Constantia, late to be renamed Universal Intelligence. The goal of this company was to spread the message that "all is one." By 2009 she had done just that. Not only did she coach European mergers and acquisitions but she also went through several countries to support managers, leaders and entrepreneurs to help them discover ways to make their work satisfying and passionate.

She left her home in Antwerp to relocate to Hamburg, Germany. This lead her to write her self-help book, "Take Your Work and Shove It! – Have Fun & Fulfillment Instead of a Breakdown" It is a book in which goes into detail how one can go about changing something in the work that they do.

In 2013 she relocated to Luxembourg. Together with the like minded entrepreneur Jean-Luc Karleskind she started 'IamYoumanity' a holistic incubator helping leaders unveil their true calling. In 2013 she also started to write poetry for leaders in search of their true self and mission in life. This resulted in the publication of two ebooks.

Education

Martina Violetta Jung studied law at the universities of Passau and Munster in Germany and at the Wuhan University in the People’s Republic of China which she completed with a doctor degree on China’s foreign economic laws. She started her career as a lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions in China, working for Schon Nolte, today part of Latham & Watkins. After a number of years in international management positions (Hapag Lloyd, Ahlers LMS, etc.) she founded the company Universal Intelligence in Lier, Belgium. Here she developed and introduced the concept of Spiritual Intelligence in business, next to the IQ and EQ.

As time progressed she became fascinated by subjects such as quantum physics, neuroscience, molecule and cell research, cybernetics, bio-energetics, holistic methods of healing, psychology, philosophy, spirituality, mystic as well as language and cultural awareness. This eventually lead her into an education and initiation as a Reiki Master. During this chapter in her life she went around giving speeches that involved how to end the sufferings created in the business world of each individual.

In 2007 she received the “Best Book” award from GetAbstract for her book “Being challenged”, known in leadership circles as “The Little White Book for Managers.”

From 2010 onwards, she publishes articles for the German Die Zeit online and she concentrates on being an author and public speaker.
