Martin Bayless: Football Safety


Martin Ashley Bayless (born October 11, 1962 in Dayton, Ohio) is a former American football Cornerback - Safety who played 13 seasons in the National Football League. He played college football at Bowling Green State University. He started his off the field career after retiring from the National Football League in 1998 he joined the Buffalo Bills as a Front Office Executive in 2000. He then transitioned into coaching in the college ranks at the University of North Carolina in 2002. After leaving UNC for the National Football Leagues Development League / NFL Europe he coached with the Barcelona Dragons and the Amsterdam Admirals where he was an the Defensive backs coach. After returning from NFL Europe spring season he signed to coach with the Carolina Panthers (2003) Oakland Raiders (2004-2005) Houston Texans (2006–2007) Minnesota Vikings (2008) California Redwoods - UFL (2009) Sacramento Mountain Lions- UFL (2010-2011) Denver Broncos (2012) Front Office Executive NFL Players Accociation(2012-2015)
