While studying art history in Dijon, she was spotted by Elite Model Management, and subsequently won a competition for a contract worth 150,000 euros for a period of three years with The Society Management. She said of modeling: "When I was younger, people always thought that I should try modeling. That's why I participated in the Elite Model Look contest last year. It was a perfect way for me to know if the career was right or not for me, and also for me gain more confidence in myself."
Peillard now lives New York City. In 2014, she posed for C-Heads magazine. She has also worked for Munich Models. In March 2016 she appeared on the cover of women's magazine Biba.
