Marigold is a Swedish music indie-pop band from Borlänge and Falun consisting of Daniel Wallsten (born 1983) on vocals and guitar, Johan Nordin (born 1986) on keyboard and Viktor Olsson (born 1990) on drums. Marigold was created in Borlänge in 2010 and have since then been playing at the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas, Sofar Sounds, Tv4's Nyhetsmorgon , The Peace & Love festival among others. The band released their first album Vagabond in 2011 and their second album Allt kommer bli bra (= everything is going to be fine), which took 4,5 years to finish, in 2015. Marigold started to release new singles in the spring of 2016, which could mean that a third album is on the way.

On the 2:nd of January 2012 the bands debut album "Vagabond" was named the best album in Dalarna 2011 by the entertainment writer Jonas "Heavy" Stentäpp, Dalademokraten.
In December 2013 the band released the EP "OCH SÅ KOM REGNET" (And Then Came the Rain), with three songs inlfued by the 80´s (all written in English).
