Mariam Al Maadeed (Arabic: المعاضيد‎‎), also AlMa'adeed, is a Qatari national and a Professor in Physics and Materials Science at Qatar University. She was the Director of the Center for Advanced Materials (CAM), and also founder of the Masters program of Materials Science and Technology, both at Qatar University. Al Madeed's research is in the field of polymer characterization and structure, nanocomposites and nanotechnology techniques, and her work is featured in more than 80 journals and conference publication. She was a leading member of Al-Bairaq (Arabic: البيرق‎‎) team, which won a WISE Award in 2015.
