Maria Patrizia Grieco (born February 1, 1952) is an Italian corporate executive. She is currently the chairman of Enel, the director of Anima Holding and CNH Industrial, and a board member of Save the Children.

Life
Graduated in Law at the University of Milan, Grieco began her career in 1977 in Italtel, where she was appointed director of legal and general affairs in 1994, director-general in 1999 and managing director in 2002.

Since 2010 she is board member of Save the Children and part of the honour committee of the Bellisario prize.
In May 2014, Maria Patrizia Grieco became chairman of the board of Enel.
Since 2015 she is a member of the Trilateral Commission.
