Marek Rosa

Marek Rosa is a Slovak video game producer and designer. Rosa is known as the CEO, CTO and founder of Keen Software House, an independent game development studio that produces the games Space Engineers and Medieval Engineers . Rosa gained notoriety mostly after the success of the studio’s second title, Space Engineers, an Early Access sandbox game that was released in October 2013 and sold more than 1 million copies in its first year.

In January 2014, Rosa expanded Keen Software House’s area of interest to general artificial intelligence. On July 7, 2015 Marek Rosa announced GoodAI, his company in general artificial intelligence research and development. Marek Rosa contributed $10 million to the budget for the general artificial intelligence company, which he expects will run for 10+ years.
