Marc Brys (born 10 May 1962) is a former Belgian football player and current manager. He is currently the manager of Al Raed in the Saudi Professional League, previously managing KV Mechelen, among others.

His coaching career took off by playing directly two times champion in D4 and D3 with the Belgium team Berchem Sport. After this success, Marc Brys took over the First Division Club Germinal Beerschot. In the first year with the smallest budget of the competition, he finished 7th in the ranking, although 75% of the coaches prognosticated that they would go out of the first division.

Belgian Cup 2004–2005 The next season in May 2005 Marc Brys won with Germinal Beerschot the Belgian Cup against Club Brugge KV (1-2). It was the first and the only price this team won in their history. 2005 / 2006 Germinal Beerschot played UEFA Cup 2005/06 where they were eliminated by Olympique de Marseille after two draw games with penalties.

2006 / 2007 Marc Brys coached Royal Mouscron-Péruwelz where he was fired having the seventh place on the ranking. In the following period Marc Brys coached in Holland the teams Eindhoven and Den Bosch.

2010 Marc Brys signed for two years with the Belgian FC KV Mechelen, where they managed the first year to reach the highest total of points in the history of the club.

2012 Marc Brys went to Saudi Arabia, to coach the club Al-Faisaly FC (Harmah). He reached the semi finals of the Prince Cup and became group winner of the Gulf Cup. Half of the second season in Al Faisaly, Marc Brys was fired. On the same Season he took over the Club Al-Raed for the last four games of the competition. He managed to keep them in the First League with two wins and two draws.
