Manuel Ortega Ocaña (born July 7, 1981 in Jaén) is a Spanish professional road cyclist.
He debuted professionally with the team Andalucía-Cajasur in 2006, with whom he was with until 2009. In 2010, he won the Criterium Ciudad de Jaén race.
