Manono Kitolo mine

The Manono-Kitolo mine is one of the largest lithium mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The mine is located in southern Democratic Republic of the Congo in Katanga Province. The Manono-Kitolo mine has reserves amounting to 120 million tonnes of lithium ore grading 0.6% lithium thus resulting 0.72 million tonnes of lithium.
