Manoj Muntashir (born 27 February 1976) is an Indian lyricist and TV writer. He wrote the lyrics to Galliyan from the film Ek Villain. He started his career as a lyricist with the movie The Great Indian Butterfly. He had won awards including IIFA, Star Guild Awards and Indian Telly Awards.
He has written lyrics for Bollywood films and TV shows. He also wrote lyrics for the song "Galliyan" from Ek Villain with music by Ankit Tiwari. In 2015, he wrote all dialogues and lyrics for the songs for the Hindi version of the film Baahubali: The Beginning which rank among one of highest grossing Indian films. He also wrote lyrics for Himesh Reshammiya's album Aap Se Mausiiquii.
Personal life
Muntashir was born in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. He is married to Neelam Muntashir and they have one child.
