The Malaysia Mental Literacy Movement (abbreviated ‘MMLM’) is the brainchild of Tun Dr. Ling Liong Sik who is also the Council Chairman of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). MMLM was officially registered by the Registrar of Societies (ROS) under the Societies Act 1966 on 4 July 2006. The objective of MMLM is to introduce and promote various techniques and skills pertaining to the improvement of mental literacy among Malaysians.
