Hassan Bawab moved to the United States, from Lebanon, to attend college. Before Magic Logix’s formal launch, Bawab ran the business while working for FedEx Kinko's. Bawab credits the company’s name to “magic mixed with logic”. He says the company is devoted to “deliver[ing] creativity, technology, and digital marketing.” The Magic Logix headquarters are in Dallas, Texas.
In 2009, Magic Logix reported $2 million in revenue. This number was up from $126,726 in 2006. Magic Logix’s clients include Whole Foods, Capital One , FedEx Kinko's, and the Marriott. Magic Logix is partners with tech companies. Some of Magic Logix’s partners including: Rackspace, Cision, PRNewswire, Magento, and SEMPO. Magic Logix is an authorized Google consultant.
Magic Logix is a General Services Administration (GSA) certified vendor. The GSA is the federal agency responsible for administrative details and proper functioning of other federal branches agencies. Magic Logix sponsored the Inbound Marketing Summit on October 23 and 24, 2012. The conference focused on developing strategies in SEO, content marketing, internet broadcasting, and ecommerce.
In November, 2012 Magic Logix released an infographic about inbound marketing.
