M.I.Vasanthkumar, is an Indian film producer and screenwriter works in Tamil films. He is the producer as well as the screen writer of Manal Naharam directed by Oru Thalai Ragam Shankar. Apart from his role in film industry, he is concentrating in Real Estate business as well.

Development
Shankar, who had a good time in Tamil language films in 80's, was impressed by the story line given by his friend Muraliraman from Dubai, which was also liked by M.I.Vasanthkumar, his another buddy, who wrote the screenplay as well as decided to produce the film. A talent hunt was organized for the audition and the actors were selected.
Release
Manal Naharam is expected to get released in November, 2014 as the Audio was successfully launched on July 14th.
