Opened in 1952, MH Equipment has grown to over 550 employees and has full-service dealers in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and West Virginia. In 1994, the company was purchased by current CEO John Wieland.

They also offer service, parts, rentals, financing and fleet management. MH Equipment has other business facets such as MH JCB that offers new and pre-owned JCB construction equipment Iowa Machinery which provides industrial chemicals, parts and supplies, MH Fleet that provides fleet management solutions, MH Railcar Mover that offers new and used railcar movers and MH Used Equipment that features used equipment.
