Lviv Oblast Football Federation (LOFF) is a football governing body in the region of Lviv Oblast, Ukraine. The federation is a member of the Regional Council of FFU and the collective member of the FFU itself.

History
The regional competitions around Lviv started at times of the Austria-Hungary. Lviv also became the first city where the Polish Football Association was formed. Before the World War I there were three championships of Galicia. After the war the Polish state was reinstated and absorbed the territory of Galicia. The championship was reorganized, the eastern portion formed Lwow District, while the western portion formed Krakow District of the reorganized Polish Football Association. The championships of the Lwow District continued until the World War II and until the establishment of the Polish Football League in 1927, the winner of the district qualified for the championship playoff among nine participants.
During the World War II at first by the Soviet authorities and later by the Nazis, there was revived the championship of Galicia. After the war, there was organized championship of Lviv Oblast.
Previous Champions
Note: In 1993-99 the championship was organized by fall-spring calendar. In 1999 the main competition was shifted back to the summer calendar. Therefore there are two champions in 1999.
