Luis Belló Martínez also known as Belló II (born 7 January 1929) is a retired Spanish footballer and manager.

Playing career
Belló played in the top flight with Real Zaragoza and Hércules CF. In 1961-65 was the sports director of Zaragoza. Even in 1964 was the coach after the sacking of Ramallets, in that brief impasse, Belló won the domestic Cup and the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup. In the 1968–69 season was his only coaching on La Liga in the front of Pontevedra CF.
