Luciano Masiello (born 1 January 1951 in Sant'Angelo a Cupolo) is a former professional footballer who played in England, Ireland and Italy.

Masiello made his first team Charlton Athletic F.C. debut in a friendly against Dutch team FC Den Bosch in 1968, made league debut in December 1969 against Norwich City F.C. at The Valley winning 3-1. Luciano went on to make 10 appearances for Charlton Athletic and scored one goal against West Brom in a league cup match, also had a loan spell with Athlone Town F.C.in the League of Ireland.

Luciano played in Italy for six years making over 200 appearances for Almas Roma, Frosinone Calcio S.S. Lazio and SS Francavilla. Also coached for a number of years in Italy before returning to England. Masiello also had spells as manager at Andover F.C. and also was a player/coach at Woking FC and Bromley FC.

Luciano has a restaurant named after him called Luciano's which was opened by his son and is situated in Lee Green. His other son Giulio Masiello also works as one of the chefs for the restaurant. Luciano has his nephew Gabriel Iannaccone who was a former Charlton academy player and who now works in the restaurant as a up and coming chef.
