Oooooll: "Loxie and Zoot fan comics 5-7" - Pawoo

A comic about nudists? Well... yeah! 'Cos nudists have adventures too, y'know. Loxie and Zoot just want to have fun in the sun... au naturel of course... but not if their arch-foe Tex Tyler and other prudes have a say in it.

The Koala Bares

The series starts with Zoot going into town to buy some manure for the garden. Because he is so used to living the nudist lifestyle, he has once again forgotten to get dressed first. After finally noticing at the check-out line, he hastily pays and runs out and right into Tex Tyler, who is doing a television interview for his mayoral campaign. This is interpreted by the media as an attack on Tyler, who had just moments prior made a pledge to have the resort closed down.

Loxie and Zoot decide to hold an open day, inviting the whole town and the media to it. Tex Tyler goes in undercover in a nude suit as "Noodie Sven" to try to sabotage the event.

Television reporter Kylie steps into The Koala Bay Bares and is reminded of her brutish past experience with nakedness – being blatantly taunted when caught skinny dipping in a creek. However, with the help of Loxie and a few others, she is able to overcome her fears.

While at the Bay Bares, Tex (aka Sven), is pulled into various activities such as body painting, until he finally secludes himself to set fire to the resort. A smart emu named Oscar and Tex's wife, Alice, are able to stop him before he can cause damage. Alice ends up taking a liking to nudism and becomes a nudist herself; being naked while cleaning the house, etc. Tex, ever stubborn, does not approve.

Frank.cam

A student named Frank in one of Willow's classes invites her over to his house for some skinny dipping under the pretense of an interview for a promotional video. He has his buddy Andy video tape it so he can sell it on his "Frank.com" website. However, when Andy falls from the upper-story window which he was using to videotape, Willow leaves in a huff, never wanting to talk to Andy again.

The very next day, Frank invites another girl over, only to have Andy caught once again by Willow, realizing what her friend was getting into. Andy decides to redeem his own trust by sabotaging Frank's plan. Andy gets shots of Frank naked, rather than the girls he invites over, then arranges for that tape to be shown school-wide (unbeknownst to Frank). Frank gets quite embarrassed when naked images of himself are being broadcast on every screen in the school, running off, never to tape pornography again.

3 Hour Tour…

A short 3-page Gilligan's Island parody. Herb, Zoot, Loxie, Willow, Fred, Janet, and Mungo cast off on The Manilow for a three-hour tour, with Herb at the wheel. When Herb starts to play his accordion, known for its notorious bad luck, they end up stranded on an island... in Zoot's imagination as he writes the entire story on his computer.

Noodtoons

Single page vignettes focusing on various characters.

Ghost Story

This is a crossover story featuring Jenny Everywhere. Shortly after Jenny Everywhere arrives at the Koala Bares, a ghost begins harassing the campers. It doesn't take long for the gang to realize that it is just Tex Tyler in disguise, but they decide to really scare him off, instead of just taking off the sheet he wears. So the fellow attendees of the Koala Bay Bares resort cover themselves in talcum powder and beat Tex at his own game. Soon after, Jenny disappears into the night.

It's A Nood, Nood, Nood, Nood World!

Lighthearted jewel thieves Daria and Mac travel to the Koala Bay Bares, and eventually gain the intention to steal Tex Tyler's valuable diamond-encrusted golfing trophy. In the meantime, they don't know that federal police officers John and Belinda have gone undercover at the Bares, just in case such a thing might happen.

Willow listens to her favourite radio hosts, Jay and Jo–Jo, but becomes infuriated when they mock nudism with sexual and lewd overtones. She even goes as far to call the station and "accidentally" throws Cathy's cell phone into the pool with anger when they make fun of her nakedness. Willow creates a petition to boycott Jay and Jo–Jo's advertisers. Later, she is shocked to find not only that Jay and Jo–Jo are not serious about the things they said about nudism and how they're paid to say them, but also that they are nudists themselves.

Soon, Tex is left completely dumbfounded when he finds that his trophy has been stolen from his wall safe. He immediately places blame on the nudists, and orders the police to go investigate. Local police officers Tina and Sarge go undercover in the Koala Bay Bares to seek potential leads. Mass confusion arises when Loxie and Zoot create a plastic replica of the valuable trophy as a prize for the miniature golf tournament, and no one can distinguish the two. A chase ensues when Daria and Mac take off with what they think is the real trophy, when in their getaway car, they realize that they've taken the replica. Tex finally gets his trophy back, and must again don his "Nudie Sven" costume as what Loxie calls "community service".

The Bare Pit

The Bare Pit is a direct sequel to the stories and characters of Loxie&Zoot.

Generation Gap

Some students at the nearby Koala Bay College are invited by Willow to enjoy Koala Bares Resort, but cause problems by playing loud music, trail riding and doing other activities that the other people at the resort find disruptive. Willow tries to smooth things out between the groups.

Twinkle

At the age of six, Zinni observes a meteor descending to Earth and subsequently discovers a small, star-shaped ornament, which she perceives as a fragment of the fallen star. She endeavors to return it to the heavens. Despite several failed efforts, her mission concludes when an owl seizes the ornament and soars into the sky with it. Content in the belief that she has contributed to restoring the star to its rightful place, Zinni feels satisfied with her actions.

Chicken Little

Police officer Tina Ellis tricks one of her co-workers to come to the Koala Bares Resort. He feels insecure about the size of his "equipment," so wears an artificial prosthetic which does not work out so well for him.

Incognito

A cross-over comic written and drawn by guest-artist Reinder Dijkhuis, who writes Rogues of Clwyd-Rhan. Incognito features one of his Rogues characters, the fairy Abúi (known as Abby at the resort), who finds herself stuck in the Koala Bares Resort.

Enchanted

A continuation of Incognito, back to being written and drawn by Crowley. This story is about the efforts to get Abby (Abúi) back to her own world. This story introduces Sven Allestädes, an inter-dimensional traveller who happens to look like the Sven costume that Tex Tyler used earlier. He takes Abby for a ride to another dimension, but Tash accidentally comes along for the ride which messes up the destination and the three arrive in a realm of nude, fantasy characters. Some of Sven's magic underwear causes problems with the locals and most of the story is about cleaning up this mess. Sven then takes Tash home, while Abúi finds her own way home.

Tales to Scare your Pants Off!

A series of small stories in a nudist-humour style, spoofing horror-genre stories, as told by some of the Koala Bay College students around a campfire.

Birthday Suits

Loxie's & Zoot's families show up for their birthday party. The problems start for this story when we find out that Loxie's family disdains her nudist lifestyle and someone appears to be trying to kill Zoot's father, who is now on his fourth wife.

Prudes & Prejudice

A student at the Koala Bay College, Darcy Fitzwilliam, is starting a clothes-free movement on campus and Willow finds herself in the middle of it. The biggest surprise is not how many join in, but that the college administrator approves the college campus as a clothing-optional area. A romance between Darcy and Willow starts to grow.
