Lowie Stuer (born (1995-11-24)24 November 1995) is a Belgian male volleyball player. He was part of the Belgium men's national volleyball team at the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship in Poland and is still member of the Red Dragons (national team).. He played for Knack Roeselare, Precura Antwerp and is now playing for VDK Gent Heren & the national team, the Red Dragons. In september 2017 he was elected best libero in the European Championship in Poland, were his team the Red Dragons ended 4th place.
