Louise M. Tesmer (born December 25, 1942) is a Wisconsin Circuit Court reserve judge and a former member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.

Career
Tesmer was first elected as a Municipal Judge in 1966 for St. Francis. She was later elected to the Assembly in 1972 as a Democrat and served through 1989. She became Deputy Speaker in 1981. Afterwards, Tesmer became a judge on the Wisconsin Circuit Court, presiding over a Milwaukee Branch, retiring in August 2001. She currently serves as a Reserve Judge in the First District.
She appeared on the popular television gameshow What's My Line? in 1966, with Betty White and Allen Ludden as guest panelists.
Background
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Tesmer graduated from Bay View High School. She then received her bachelor's degree from University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and her law degree from University of Wisconsin Law School. Tesmer then practiced law and served as assistant district attorney for Milwaukee County, Wisconsin from 1967 to 1972.
