Lotem (Hebrew: לֹטֶם, לוטם, lit. Cistus) is a kibbutz in northern Israel. Located in the Galilee, it falls under the jurisdiction of Misgav Regional Council. In 2015 it had a population of 694.

History
The village was founded in 1978. Lotem in his early years was managed as Kibbutz. In 1992 it turned into Yeshuv Kehilati.
