Plot
A pair of thugs (one of them wielding a camera) are driving through their neighborhood when they spot a lost pizza deliverer, who one of them recognizes from a few days prior, when he was woken up by the man obnoxiously pounding on the doors of his neighbors. One of the hoods grabs the pizza delivery boy, and takes him into a house, where he physically and verbally abuses the man, and forces him into giving a blowjob. The thug then sodomizes the pizza deliverer, and ejaculates into his face, and onto his chest.
At night, the cameraman and a hood named Magnum attack Jamie, a lost motorist, who they drag from his vehicle. Magnum takes the sobbing Jamie to a workout room, where he sexually assaults him, stuffs underwear into his mouth, and repeatedly threatens to torture and kill him. The first rapist and the cameraman are then shown driving through town, bantering back and forth, until they see a supposedly gay man the rapist had previously tried to capture, only for the intended victim to get away. They drive up, pull the man into the vehicle, and then drag him into a house, where the thug beats and rapes him.
The cameraman is with Kacarot, another hood, and they ambush a man on a bicycle, who is forced to fellate Kacarot. The first rapist (who is out of prison on parole) returns for the final sequence, this time bringing along his half-brother. As the cameraman films it all, the two rape a man (tormenting him with a chain and a golf club while doing so) until everyone (including the victim) achieves orgasm.

Reception
AVN described the "Lost in the Hood" franchise as a "not to be missed series" that "really delivers the goods," praising its overall quality and entertainment value. In contrast, the first installment of the series received critical reception from Rancho Carne, which awarded it a low score of one. The reviewer expressed dissatisfaction, commenting, "While the action is scripted, I can't see anyone enjoying this type of video," and noted that if it were not for review purposes, they "probably would have turned it off after the first episode."
Due to the amount of graphic and eroticized sexual violence it contained, Lost in the Hood was banned in the United Kingdom by the British Board of Film Classification.
Sequels
The film was followed by four sequels, all of them directed by Edward James.
