Lost Spirits is a distillery and technology company which produces whiskey and rum. The company is notable for its scientific and experimental production techniques, and its cult following.

The company is currently operating in the Arts District of Los Angeles. However, it has traditionally operated out of facilities in Monterey County, California and Silicon Valley, California.
In 2015 the company attracted media attention when it announced that its co-founder, Bryan Davis, had invented a new means of aging spirits. Davis' process was shown, using modern analytical chemistry, to replicate the chemical reactions which take place as spirits age in barrels.
In 2015 Lost Spirits and Davis were presented the Global Master Award for innovation from the Spirits Business for the technical achievement.
