History

Although the habit of eggs of pascua and spend pranks this day is very extended in other countries of Europe in Spain is quite odd, having punctual cases like Los Huevos Teñidos in Seville, the start of this tradition in Pola of Siero is not dated. The tradition has arrived to our days during centuries by the oral tradition.

It's thought that the tradition could be brought by some colony of English immigrants that settled in the zone. Although it seems to have proofs of his celebration before the arrival of these (in the 18th century).
